Im quite confident the cat pump is ok. I believe there is an air problem somewhere. The high pressure wand in one bay is rattling like crazy upstairs. the pressure is better on soap than on rinse? when I run the high pressure rinse in 1 bay I get water coming out of the other bay likes its weeping. I have a weep system. could it be something in the weep. I also notice air coming out of the tri gloss gun and foam brush hose when the high pressure wand is on. Whats going on/any idea? carwash rookie is going awal

Or a bad/jammed solenoid for the weep line feeding the bay with the issue.

The weep check valve is bad on the bay that you turn on that makes the other one weep. You can confirm this by disconnecting the line to the weep check valve and running the pump.

What supplies the pump with water when it's on rinse? Does it have a rinse solenoid with city water? If it does, the problem is with the pump.

Air coming out of tri-gloss gun and foam brush is a wiring issue. Make sure the terminals around the rotary switch aren't folded down against the screws of the functions next to them.

Thanks guys, The rinse water is coming from a holding tank that has adequate flow to the pump. There are two other lines that go to the pump and go into a piece that's leaking. It doesn't appear to be a check valve. I think they are product lines, not sure. I don't think there are any ck valves on the high pressure line. It appears to run into a manifold upstairs with other smaller product lines. I'll look for the ck valve in the weep in the am. Thanks again

I kinda suspect it's drawing air from whatever is leaking.

I took the 6 nuts off and cleaned and flushed the head good. It was still trying to pulsate so I held the 2 small inlet lines in and she took. Good to go, thanks a million for the replies
