    Unitec Portal Display Issue

Last week I put in a new lower power supply and so far it seems to have worked. At this point I am more familiar with them than my distributer, so they would not be much help.

    Unitec Portal Display Issue

Starting this year, one of my Portals gives me a Display I/O error right when it gets below 30 degrees or so. At first in the logs it shows Display I/O "error" and the screen still works fine. Eventually if it stays cold for a while, it changes to Display I/0 offline and the screen says...

Have to order those from Coleman.

Razor no longer communicating with door

That was my plan. Drill a small hole in the bottom and hope that it will at least not allow water to build up high enough to drown the fittings. Lots of connections in that box with the door controls.

Razor no longer communicating with door

I traced the wires and it turned out one wago connector was covered in water in the bay box up top. Appreciate you chiming in. Thanks.

Razor no longer communicating with door

One of my Razors does not seem to be communicating with the exit door at one of my sites. I can open/close the door manually, but nothing I do on the Razor screen has an effect on it. The entrance door to the same machine has no issues. What can I look for as the cause? Thanks.

    Help with injector

Not yet, but one thing I noticed today was that the right side was stronger than the left. The left seemed weaker and to be spitting more. I suspected a check valve and was going to check that theory next. With the Tandem you are working in the bay, so you have to move the machine and open...

    Help with injector

It's for the presoak on back bridge. I tried lowering the air today and it started putting out soap. The soap looked weak, so I tried adding air and it went back to water only. I then spent 30 minutes adding and removing air and never got it work again. I'll try again later and see if I can...

    Help with injector

That's a great suggestion. Will check that out. Thank you.

    Help with injector

We actually tried just using the chemical and a short 2' line as a test and it only drew the chemical about 1'. This is for the Tandem, so chemicals are 90' away. Either way, suction stops, so regardless of how long the line is, it refused to draw more than 2-3 seconds.

    Help with injector

I have a soap injector on my Tandem that will have suction for a few seconds once turned on, but then the suction stops. I replaced the injector and rebuilt the solenoid, but can't see anything else that I would suspect as causing the issue? Maybe it went out and got married? I can't find...

    What Solenoid is this?

I have several of these solenoids, but no coils for them. No markings to say what brand. Anyone recognize these?

It’s time to start thinking about Freeze Protection

I just built and installed my own TF system for one of my locations, so that part isn't hard. The programming is what needs time and I don't have too much of that right now. Especially since my experience coding is zero, so would really need time to understand everything. I have 1/4" lines...

It’s time to start thinking about Freeze Protection

I can't believe it's been that long! I took a crack at it about 3 years ago, but once you suggested I use 3/8" lines for the antifreeze, the project got more complicated and I put it aside for the time being. I have 1/4" lines running to all FB and TF lines for weep, so I was going to use...

It’s time to start thinking about Freeze Protection

Randy, what does your Anti-Freeze blowdown system consist of? One of these days I'll build the 2biz system, but just never have the time.

    Looking for concrete/floor heat information

So you are pouring 4" of concrete on top of the foam insulation? Not sure what you mean exactly by "lower the finished grade to accommodate to the new finished floor elevation"?

    Looking for concrete/floor heat information

I am considering ripping out my concrete and putting in new floor heat at one location. I'm confused about what depth concrete I need to get quoted. I think the floor heat loops sit about 2" under the surface, but I'm told I need 6-8" of concrete. How would that work, and how deep would I...

    CryptoPay Set Up/ Worldpay

Yep, small unit that is tap only and no swiper needed. Should be out anytime now from what I understood. I've had to take swipers from my vacs and put in my bays in the past, so def great to have that option. Why two coordinators? Should only need one. Swipers talk to each other and signal...

    CryptoPay Set Up/ Worldpay

I would suggest getting the button version for the vacs. You can disable the button in settings, then if you need one to replace a bay swiper in the future, you can use one from any vac. Same price, so no reason to skip the button. You could also wait and just get the tap version that doesn't...
