No It has drain with automatic blow down. compressor is a month old and I have another drain on my regulator. Each one of my air regulators on the low pressure has water coming out of it.from the foam brush to the t/c and p/s

Mep is exactly right.Im actually experiencing that problem with my Champion Ginsan System. I'm getting liquid out of my air side regulator on the top of the manifold. I've checked all the check valves on the top going to the boom hoses.is there anymore that I'm missing?

Is the chemical pretty hard on the equipment? There's a D&S 2yrs old not far from me and they use Warsaw it looks pretty rough.

You probably need to get ahold of someone in your area. That works on Carwashs just to identify everything and help you get some working knowledge

Are You using Hot Water on your hi ph presoak?
