I would say the take rate is pretty low, well below 10%. It is easy to tell when pulling the bills out of the acceptors in the bay because very few $5 bill hardly ever a $10. Those that have read the signs do use the feature often and are regulars. $5 bill is 10% bonus and a $10 is 20% more time.

I have had bonus time for cash for over 10 years for those using a $5 or $10 bill in cash and I also accept credit cards. I would not worry about using bonus time with a credit card. I have never had a customer ask about it.

Randys brother has his washes fenced and he has a company come in at 10 pm to close the gates and reopens in the morning for a small fee. He said it did not effect business and kept the folks off his property at night.

I will say that my location that uses wash gear almost doubles the locations that use Etowah valley credit cards.
