I tried turning the pressure regulator up on the SS while it was happening and the pressure still staid around 20 while the IBA was running.

My water is 25 grains. The pressure regulators on the SS pumps are set about 25 psi. I notice when the IBA kicks on the pressure drops to about 20 on SS pumps causing the cavitation. It does it even if only one SS pump is running while IBA kicks on.

If I remember right, the pressure is around 45 psi. I put new gravel, resin and new auto heads on both tanks before I opened the site. The tanks are 21x62 part # CH30953.

I don't have room upstairs but I already pump the RO reject into the pump stand tank with a submersible pump.

What would be the easiest way to blend hard and soft, add another inlet solenoid on the fill tank?

I also use a booster but still can't get the brake dust looking stuff off of cars.

I would also like to know how strong you run you chemicals. I run my strong (55 drops) on alkaline and still can't get cars super clean. It looks almost like brake dust on the back of vehicles and it will not come off. After the car comes out you can wipe it off as easy as can be. Seems like...

Not sure why it would do it. My cable looked almost burnt or melted in the spot that was bad.

Awhile back my M5 would go across the front of the car and then rotate backwards coming around and smacking the side of the car. It ended up being a bad spot on the prox cable that goes to the cam. No problems after I replaced the cable.
