My understanding is that for the Hi PH you need to apply almost twice amount of the Lo PH so it overcomes or neutralizes the Lo and then cleans. That is our approach which gives the customer a good show too. We dwell between PH passes too.

Lumen Arch is a great show until the lights stop working and WW will not replace them. The LEDs do not last. Had a similar issue with their floor lighting. Not worth the extra expense given the poor quality control of the lights and the WW lack of any warrantee for them beyond 90 days.

I think they only do the equipment in a box from what I saw on their website. Did not look that compelling and the video looked like it was from the 1960s so hard to say what they are doing today.

Our UCC has a list of all the wires and what they control. And each wire has a unique number so you can find it easily. Look up the photo eyes number and see if the wire has come loose. Or check the pdf manual
