On my new Razor Edge, i use BugSaw from JBS. It foams a light green tint, but I have the SpectraRay set to Green. That way it makes it look look like Green foam & makes em know it's a total different application. Works pretty dang good.

Good idea... Think it will be a huge undertaking? I don't care about cost, cause it's gonna allow me to go up 33% ($9 --->$12) !!

I was factoring in 1 SS wash, of about 5/6 SS bays. W/ multi IBAs that becomes a game changer.

What are you talkin about? $600k is NOT very doable w/ a SS location. Id sirmise there's not 1 in the US that does that.

Also, just saw there's an empty, clean Automatic bay for rent there. Might be worth looking into. It is on CL there. You'd need to put in an IBA, but lools like the structure is sound. Put up white panels, new IBA, & may be a money maker....?

But, you are on the high end of the entire US. I would say you might have the highest prices in the US.! You are one lucky bug! Also, only having 2 SS bays skews it to a higher avg.

You can find some dang good, very old, compressors on CL all the time. I have bought 2 Curtis 7.5 3ph 80 gal off CL for $1000 each! 80s models, & both are built like a Sherman tank!

Last wash I bought, #'s were really good. So I counted cars on 6 totally different days, some days for 4 hrs! Turns put they were not lying. But MANY cArWash guys will LiE! Also, I bet almost no washes avg $1850/mo on SS bays. Unless everything is right, & pruce is $3 start, customers use lots...
