    Got loan questions?

Personally with a car wash I wouldn't do either situation bc we all know what a beat down this business can be and who is to say a buyer doesn't just say screw it Im out....when I do sell I want a traditional transaction with a buyer getting a bank loan or all cash and be done with it. In...

    Got loan questions?

Yes the buyer would give you their down payment in this case we are talking 20% or whatever % you feel is reasonable for that matter. Me personally I would ask for slightly more considering the risk you are taking on for lending a buyer (acting as the bank) the remaining 80% they could run the...

Lester, If I was you there is so much I wouldn't even know where to start. I would suggest to go to a site and see if you can work for free or get a paid job to start "learning the ropes". What you are looking for is too much to type but you can't beat hands on experience. What area of the...

    Sand/Media blasting brick walls

Well I'm rethinking the whole idea now. The last thing I want to do is ruin the brick or create microscopic pores for dirt and grim to get into and dirty the place up faster. The acid is cleaning the walls great its just take more time than usual and I told my guys its bc its been 20 yrs...

What do car wash service companies charge?

The guy is very good in my opinion. He had a few washes before he went to just service only. I also think there is a shortage of good techs in this area that I know of. I don't really look because my guys do most of my repairs or I call my soap guy who does his best to talk us through any...
