    Boiler modusnap gas valve replacement

You might look into converting it to an electric ignite instead of standing pilot.

    So this happened...

Does the car wash have signage instructing that your truck bed be empty or have any loose items secured? What about your state laws about secured load on the road? That $1,000 you paid for the tire is most likely nothing compared to the cost it caused the car wash. Of course they wouldn't...

I wouldn't pay that much for a used Goldline unless the seller includes a warranty.

    Rinse water problem :/

It's definitely not a softener issue since you don't have one. The only way a softener issue would cause that would be if it's introducing salt into the water, which causes it to look sudsy. I'd say do the shake test with water from your tank first. Also post some pictures of your presoak...

    Rinse water problem :/

How are your pumps plumbed? How are your low pressure systems set up? There's a slim possibility there is soap clinging to the inside of the high pressure lines, but it's much more likely there is soap or something that foams backing up into something else. I worked on one car wash for two...

    Replacement Coleman vac canopy covers

That's not too bad, about $100 each more than the locals have quoted.

Do you recall what they cost?

    Replacement Coleman vac canopy covers

That was my first thought, but this is a leased wash and the owner doesn't want any changes made, just upkeep. Also they may look dated, but the road isn't well lit and the bright glow from the lighted domes attracts attention.

    Replacement Coleman vac canopy covers

Does anyone know someone who can make replacement Coleman canopy covers and will ship them? I need three, I can't find anyone local who will do them in canvas, and the vinyl they're using doesn't let light through.

Low pressure foam set up question

Why not use clear primer/glue? PVC that size is rated for something like 600 PSI. You don't need the purple primer and max strength glue unless you're running the pressure to the max rating of the pipe.

    Only 2SS frustration

Not for me. I'd have to piece things together and it would be complicated and expensive. I know a few guys who can write script for a Raspberry Pi easier than I can fill out a deposit slip.

I noticed Inkfish Inspired is now a forum advertiser. When you type "brush" it creates a direct link to them (unless you enclose it in quotes).
