Since your customers love your towel station maybe moving the towel station near or between the vacs might help the vac income. That’s assuming it’s not located there already.

I have my hose lengths cut so that the gun is just short enough that the customers cannot spray into the boxes but can reach the dial selector for that exact reason.

I agree with all of above. I’ve always carried both. For some reason the last 2 yrs. my “Wet Towel” sales have gone down but the other has stayed the same. Every site might vary a bit so carry both. Then decide.
