Doing a great job! No real issues yet. Shut down in mid wash while i was there, on "Grand Opening". I called WW, they took over remote, reset it, & back going in 30 secs!!!

U offer that Bug Pass year round? Or switch it to something else? What's the feedback on it? If unoffwr a "Bug Pass", & upcharge for it, Id be worried customers might look for feasons to complain (more so than usual)...?

For Prep service, SS bays, or a Bug remover application on an IBA? We have used Bug Splat, by Stinger, & it's pretty dang good. Kleen-Rites Bug Master isn't bad, but I like Stingers better. It's 1 of those products you can't skimp on.

Don't doubt you, but i simply don't understand how you use about 9 bags/yr? I had a real slow wssh, & used 2/3 bags per week. How are you able to achieve this? All other guys talking about buying a pallet, which is enough to last you around 10/11 years!!

Problem is hot water will turn into warm water over night & early morning, if it isn't recirculated from a lot of useage.

Twice the Ice is most reliable, & most expensive, but some people don't like their "broken sheet" style ice. Kooler is 2nd best known & pretty reliable. Good Scottsman Ice makers w/ few issues, unless you have poor ice quality. Then, Id suggest plumb it from your SDR inside w/ a lp pump to come...

4.5 x gross is pretty good in a small rural area. Especially if you've been honest on your taxes. I'd take that & thank God!
