I concur with Randy. I had a used LW4000, worked great for yrs...then lots of issues started happening. Got a refurbed LW, then Sold wash, & bought different wash & installed new stuff

Do you giys think this could be partly attributed to dryers inside the bay, close to the drying agents? I've known a few giys w/ outside stand dryers, that had Superior & Autecs, that lasted for well over 15 yrs w/out issues.

Thomas, I had not heard that. You'd think this would be very common knowledge. Or @ very least, all those friction installers would stress that. Id also think low ph would be rougher on brushers...

Does it really matter what brush lubricsnt you use? Can you just use JBS Fonic? Does it need to be low ph? Anybody who has ran frictions a lot got a good cheap soap that's fine as a lubricant? High ph, nuetral...?
