I've had a similiar problem but when I turned off my drip the tank still overflowed. I relaced the hydrominder but it's still doing it. So I thought it must be one of the check valves to the bays. Would the failing check valve have a magnetic charge? My question is how do you find out which one?

I believe anything that gets or keeps the customer on the car wash lot is good. No matter if it's a free service as the brush you will eventually get some discretionary money out of the customers pocket to spend at your wash and not at anothers. Love the brush idea.

What type of wash do you have? That's a good idea having your employee do the customers floor mats. Does the employee approach the customers or do you sell the option via signage? Any problems getting $5 for a set of 4 floormats? What percentage of customers buy the option?
