$75k/ yr on vacs is almost unheard of in this biz. Especially with FREE vacs right down the street. You are doing things right & also extremely fortunate!

$7000/yr on my 4/2 & 4 ss washes. Going up $1000 cause mine is. Ow listed non combustible. Wth?!! Ibwas paying $4000 before my $16,000 claim. Only claim in my 5 yrs.

What good drying agent & or wax do you guys use for lp Touchless wash, right b4 dryers? Anything good from KR, or gotta use a distributor?

I am actually still arguing with them. Still to this day. I filed 1 big claim in 5 yrs, about 9 mos ago , for $16,000. They paid out, then dropped me. I can't remember whoy insurance is with, but will find out. Soon as the yr is up, we're looking for another carrier

Liquids would be easier fr a beginner, but piqders work great & much cheaper. The more expensive soaps & chems usually come out to closer to the cheap stuff, cause theybwork better & therefore you use less. I learned most of my lessons the hard way. Are your guys QukWay? Ive heard good things...

Hamilyon 100% On a side note, do you guys accept $20? I did, but found sometimes when the laundromat changer went down, Id have multiple $20s, & poof....my change is now at the laundromat!😡

I think QukWay, is a good carwash chem supplier in Searcy. You need to find out what your competitors use, & use something else. Abernathy chems are outta Texarkana, but really expensive! Pretty sure Warsaw is sold outta Eldorado, but can't remember that guys name. Do NOT use the cheapest...
