Thats why I don't use gloves. I use aluminate which I think they said is 20% hydroflouric but has muratic acid in it so you can feel it when it gets on you, have used it for years sometimes with shorts and a tank top, we always use a garden hose in combination with the high pressure soap to...

Does Having a Leaf Blower Help at Your SSCW?

I have a Stihl BR600 backpack blower, it is always in the back of my truck, also have a br 400 that I don’t use much and a smaller bg86 stihl that I use around the house, along with the br600. I would call them indispensable, I’m out in the country and there are leaves all over in the fall, but...

    Potential purchase

That’s not really that old for the equipment if it was taken care of properly, sitting there for 10 years in the Florida heat and humidity obviously hasn’t done it much good. I would say an experienced carwash owner would have their hands full with equipment it that condition. It looks like you...

Interested in building a self service ATV Wash

It will always be a problem, even if you had a bay dedicated to muddy vehicles if there is a line for that bay customers will not wait if the other bays are open. Couple years ago when they were running a gas pipeline in the area there were several different vehicles that would load a couple...

There are 2 charges on mycryptopay.com/ site status/ view purchases, one for $12.00 and one for $17.00, both on the same day 10/26/20. I had a $12.00 limit set on count up, tried that twice, then I set the limit to $2.50, tried that twice, that is why there is $29.00 in total charges on...

    Cryptopay Setup

How long does the pre-authorization charge stay on your credit card account as pending before the actual charge is posted? I'm trying at home before installing at the Carwash. I'm surprised they charge a $10.00 pre-auth. There are 2 for that amount sitting on my CC for 2 days. When I hear...

trying to install cryptopay in a dated carwash

This is a little off topic, but how long do the cryptopay swipers actually last in the bays? I would think they are going to take a beating in the cold winter environment here in the northeast. Also does the ice stay off of them in the winter?

    Cleaning Wall Paneling in Bays???

Are they fiberglass panels? I use a product called aluminate from warsaw chemical co. It will clean stainless, aluminum, and the fiberglass panels. It also contains hydrofluoric acid. Also if you order just 5 gallon it will cost allot to ship because it has to ship by freight.

You can also send them back to ginsan and have them serviced, I recently had 2 done, I think it is $50 each and they go over everything. If it is really old I would just replace it.

    Low Pressure irregularities between bays

try replacing the plunger assembly in the bays that are not working right, do both the air and liquid side. I had this problem at my wash just recently and this is what worked for me. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-17750-plunger-assembly-for-1-4-normally-closed-kip-solenoid.aspx
