Thanks Soapy, What do you guys think about using Simoniz Correct? It is only $47 for 50lb box, & mixes to 55 gal drum. My preppers will burn through 55 gallon drum EVERY week! Doing about 45 cpd.

the estimate was verbal, not written (nor was a contract signed). He said "It should be somewhere around $3000, maybe a little more". $7900 is NOT "a little more".

Very simple minded preppers, who dona great job, but are also very wasteful. What KR product # are you talking about for cheap FB soap? That set up for prepping sounds great, but IBA is a LONG ways from equipment room & I'm using the KISS method (keep it simple, stupid).

I think that PDQ's new friction machine, SurfLine, is about $200k total. It, oddly enough, has 2 separate bridges. Very nice machine though. I would've thought a new WW Razor, w/ new bells/whistles, would be in high $100s...so $200k is not out of the question.

I saw Kleen Rite had some In-Bay Turbo powder on sale for $57, down from $73, & makes 55 gallons. Question: It dilutes to 64/1. if I use it as a prep soap to put on cars , as we are pre-washing them, before they go into the IBA, Should I mix the 55 gallons..then put in a spray bottle & apply...

I understand what yall are saying, but....the city gives me a FREE dumpster, which is across town at my smaller wash. They won't move it to Larger wash. So, we have to haul trash from 5 LARGE trash cans, across town every day, sometimes we can skip 1 day. So. I REALLY am forced to used trash...

The blowdryers have 3 blowers, & were already set by me, as was the Air Shammee. Blowdryers are 3 bays over from pumphouse & Air Shammee was bay beside pumphouse. I know there a lot of variables, but just looking for a ballpark figure. I will tell final bill on Friday

Maybe screen is dirty? Happened to me 1x & screen was BARELY clogged. Also maybe needs new seals? That also happened to me 1x.

I had a prox issue, on x16, rear / front measure, & bridge slammed into entrance so hard it bent the metal stopper. Heck, it nearly flew off the rail! Ha. After that, the hp hose kept hanging up on the floor mounted frame, on return home. I could NOT figure it out. PDQ couldn't figure it out...

MEP, that looks very good after 20 years. Isn't there another SS bay covering that guys use? Maybe real smooth, but a little more expensive?
