FWIW I have used resources such as operators on this board, and the local association. Also attendance at early bird sessions at the ICA show and local shows. Can you do better with a "Consultant"? I am not sure what they could bring to the table compared to the decades of experience...

There is a local guy who does it. Has signs saying $5.00 Bill 10 minutes, includes 2 minutes free. His start is $2.50 for 4 minutes. He also has signs explaining grace time, plus signs explaining everything else. Just wondering how much the customer base really pays attention to these signs.

LED 7s are capable of Grace period programming... I guess you don't use it? (I don't but thinking about it. )

All sorts of stuff out there. Depending on the size of the Vac you may be able to get a good size plastic tote / bucket at the local Big Box Store. That is what I have done.

You are joking but cops asked to see video of someone using my Shampoo and Vac at 2:00 am after murdering someone to clean the blood out. Since it was 100 + Feet from the camera, dark and non HD days you could not make out anything except the car pulling up to the vac and people getting out...

I would ask if this what they require for murders , assaults and robberies caught on tape. I am sure not. There is no reason for a higher level of prove for an offense with lesser penalties. I would also call the local prosecutors office to inquire if this is what the cops should be telling...
