I am looking at he’s the only game in town. I own a wash in a town of 5000 w one competitor think he could easily be pushing 200 w some updating. The couple businesses I’ve bought and sold in the past have always been 3 to 4x the gross. So unless there’s a TON of work to be done 4 1/2...
