The Water Wizard are really good machine they do require maintenace but will last a long time and perform good with good chemicals.You might consider putting a little money in it and use the rest to get all systems going and make a dollar. That will allow you the time to have a better...

If the gearbox is not inline with wheel bearing that will cause the spiders to wear quicker. Gantry can be raised off rails and supported by 2x4 under frame, idle bearings will be free to check, gearbox will need to moved to check drive bearings.

You can just let it go and look at replacing the motor and gearbox along with lovejoy and wheel bearings, because now you have a extra load on all units.

Had same problem awhile back so I put timers on all changers, solved my issue.
