    Tire issue

Tell whoever you got your legal education from that you want your $ back since they taught you wrong. Civil case burden of proof is "preponderance" "preponderance of the evidence. n. the greater weight of the evidence required in a civil (non-criminal) lawsuit for the trier of fact " So...

Best hose to use for FB from boom to trough?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlRMAQnwIPw IMO Foam generators are not needed. Hoses "T" above bay. 30' of mixing from the trough thru the hose, handle and brush head gives plenty of time to mix.

Best hose to use for FB from boom to trough?

The hose from thetrough to the boom does not twist and turn. The boom has swivel fittings to prevent this.

    Tire issue

From your post not sure what you saw on video. OK when it came in and flat at exit? Did he stop immediately at the exit and point it out to someone or go on down the road and come back or call later?

Best hose to use for FB from boom to trough?

Use bushings to go from 1/2" to 3/8" and either make order 3/8" HP assemblies. I don't think it needs to be 1/2" if the rest is 3/8" since you can't put 1/2 lb in 3/8 lb sack.

    Next Bay Contamination-Help Needed

Or solenoids from Bay 1 acitvating Bay 2 Wires at solenoid has some sort of short. . Leave Bay one selector as you say with bay on but unplug the solenoid valve and try bay 2 and see what happens. If it does not happen it's a wiring issue.

    Vacuum Crevice tool

No such issues for me and I have people who can't figure out "Quarters Only" does not include 2 dimes and a nickel or a dollar bill folded uptightly and jammed in the quarter slot.

Lo Ph Shampoo and Hi Ph Presoak

Ditto. FWIW - Addittional thoughts. KR Low PH is about $10.00 per 5 Gallons more than their neutral. I know the Sheet foaming arches use a boatload of product. (That's why I don't use it:) My setup now using the Mr. Foamer, Foamers and my Home made bubbler arch (one flo jet at 20 psi)...

    1. A traveling - non moving part wheel blaster. It would work in the same way as the Viper shine unit. A series of treadle switches matched up to a series (4 should be enough) of solenoid valve activated HP applicators perhaps tied in to a plc. The applicators could be a simple tower...

    Arch Spacing

For effectiveness, spacing is interrelated to line speed. I have no scientific info but I think an installer once recomended 12" spacing minimum with 18" being beter to avoid dumping one producy just on top of the other instead of on the surface. Having said that, while tastes differ I...

Vac island covering to dress it up

IMO stainless is the way to go. The extra $ up front pays for itself in being relatively maintenance free - forever.

    Vacuum Crevice tool

Tried dualers. Started out with 4. After positive feedback I now have 14. Not really any more hassles proportionaly. I have 2 vacs per island, so the second hose has a hanger on the back of the second vac. Used a FB Stainless hanger.

    Need help for Brush Foaming

Sorry, can't make heads or tales out of what you have from photo. Can only suggest the "(not sure what is) from a pipeline." is the iar supply. You would have to trace it back and make sure: 1. It has air suppplied to it 2. Air comes out of the corresponding bay solenoid when FB is chosen. 3...

    Air separator

A little basic Science. Warm air holds more moisture than cool air. Compressing air heats it, and uncompressing it cools it. So, as you compress it and it heats up it holds more air. When you let it out of the compressor and as it travels further from the heat (Areas near the compressor...

    Need help for Brush Foaming

You only get fom if you add air to the soap mixture. This is typicaly done by having some solenoid bank fed by air in the equipment room that opens a solenoid for the same bay as the brush and sends air thru a line which t's in to the foam brush soap line. Some do it in the equipment room...
