How long is "brutal"? Check your water hardness and chemical strength.

Most of those issues are easily fixed except the automatic and pay station. Those are pretty dated and will be pricey to replace. The question is will the area support the cost of the new $200K+ equipment? What is the daily traffic count, nearby population and competition?

How are you using a vac motor for air? I assume it's not a peripheral ported one. How big is the hose (or hoses) going to the arch?

I just looked it up and on a PC2 10 GPM injector with an open tip/no Versadial is 15:1 so it is not as rich as I originally thought.

Are you sure it is drawing chemical? If it is drawing you should be able to watch the chemical level in the drum go down with each car with no Versadial. That sounds really rich.

I think that is just soap mixed with methanol and is mostly for show.

Based on our very recent remodel I would say at the very least a million. Probably more like 1.5 depending on what you spec out.

I think it also happens to a lesser extent at the express exteriors with the arches. They are attended at all open hours so they are hung back up much sooner. Focus on getting better customers by raising your standards so you can raise your prices. That won't fix it but it will make it better.

We are switching over to dispensing our new tokens in our changer so we reprogrammed all our coin acceptors for them. The only ones we have an issue with so far are the Microcoins. When learning with 10 tokens, afterward they don't always accept the same tokens we used.

Isn't that a protectant? From what I am told those are not able to be winter protected and you have to go with a conditioner which is just "soap".

Is it a "Big Time" timer? If so you can get a Dixmor LED 9 upgrade kit that fits into the IDX case.

Also, you will need to cut the ring terminals off, solder longer wires on to reach the junction box, and then put waterproof heat shrink over the connections. Tinned wire is better to prevent corrosion. Super Wash may also have it with the longer leads already on them. 815-772-2192

We used a Durakool A1-003 in our fixed oval built by Pro Equipment with the same treadle. https://www.newark.com/durakool/a1-003/tilt-switch/dp/93F2796 It does not appear available anymore but you could use the specs to find one like it.

Our heads are not stainless and they build up rust around them.

How do you get them out without handles? Ours are sometimes difficult even with the handles.
