    Your favorite Friction IBA?

If I were to buy one strictly on personal word-of-mouth, it would be a Belanger Freestyler.

    Anybody vend latex gloves?

I would if I had an extra vendor. Or could find gloves to buy. I only have two vendors right now, towels and ArmorAll protectant sponges. Both are selling like crazy for some reason. I wouldn't pull out either one for gloves. Besides, I'm finding gloves on the ground all the time now, so...

    Adding Triple Foam

How well it does depends a lot on where you put the gun. I've heard from lots of people, both people I know and on here, that they installed it, it performed poorly, and they removed it. I've installed probably 25, and I always mount the gun on the wall directly across from the meter box and...

    Cat 340 line vibration

It's not normal, it's most likely air. Does the system have city-pressure water to the pump on rinse? If it does and it still has that loss of pressure, it's probably something floating around in one of the pump's valves.

So I contacted the governor's office...

Not if you want to get a good price, but if you want out from under it bad enough there are people ready to make a lowball offer.

    Paint for Wash Bays

There are grades of FRP, the cheaper of which absorbs all sorts of stuff. The high end stuff is expensive but even spray paint won't stick.

    Web Cams

Good to know, I assumed the metal changer cabinet would act as a Faraday shield and prevent the signal from getting through.

Converting 2 bay Air Logic tri foam to 3 bay, any change to "smart relay" needed?

The controller won't need to be reprogrammed, just hook the new bay to it.

    Web Cams

I'm pretty sure a wi-fi camera won't be able to send a video signal through the cabinet of a changer.

chem tank 3/4" Filter strainer (WW2 Pump Stand)

That one won't fit. The coupling is too low in the tank.

    Pit cleaning..

You're liable for a massive fine if you get caught. You can't even haul the stuff on a public road without the proper testing, permits, and a CDL. I dig it out with a HandiClam, let it dry for a few days on the bay floor, then shovel it into the dumpster. It's a lot of work but it's legal.

    Carwash Closings

I will put the spigot so low they won't be able to get any size bucket under it, and it will be a pushbutton on a solenoid on a timer that will shut off at sunset.

    What's under the paint?

    Carwash Closings

I'm only doing it so I can say I'm doing what I can to protect customers. I'm also going to install a small sink and a hand soap dispenser.

Husky vs Harbor Freight small compressor comparison

2-stage is more efficient, more CFM output for the same energy input. Single-stage units make less and less CFM as they approach their shutoff pressure while 2-stage maintain the same CFM. The only advantage to a higher shutoff PSI is that there's more storage for high volume use tools, and a...

    Carwash Closings

I do spray the hoses with bleach. It would cause the motors to rust.

    Carwash Closings

My guess would be contamination of the hoses and the dispersal of infection from the exhaust. I can't do anything about the latter, but right now I'm removing and washing the hoses every day.

    Derrrr David!!

Heed that warning and turn off the power before changing the settings. If you turn any of the settings to 0 and back to a value, the timer will forever be stuck on. In fact you might want to change those timers anyway since they will only accept up to 15 coins and anything above that will be...

    Hand sanitizing stations

One glove or a pair? I've been finding lots of gloves on the ground lately.
