Do you guys have interceptors too? My pits drain into 2 successive soil/oil interceptors which have manhole covers and go down like 16'. My soil interceptor is full. Do any of you guys use the LONG Handy Clam to pull the mud out of the interceptor? I rented a Vermeer vactor when I first...

I'm there usually during the day when I'm not traveling. I have my office above the wash and I take care of a lot of things outside of the wash operations itself. I'm usually gone 1/2 the month. Of all the businesses I've owned, I've have the most freedom owning the wash. The R/E is the best...

I have Wash Card and although pricy in some regards, the equipment is reliable and the support is GREAT. They seem to be the only one innovating for the SS market.

    Bay Floors

Forget Rustoleum. You'd be wasting your time, even in a residential setting. Go to Garage journal and educate yourself on floor coatings. Maybe consider a 2" overlay if possible or even porcelain tile?

    UNLIMITED EVERYTHING

Remember drive in movies? Well, just like nice, comfortable indoor air-conditioned theaters closed them all down, the internet and the prevalence of streaming any and all content will most likely put theaters out of business.
