Are you guys using canopy lights in your IBA's? Right now I have 4' fluorescent fixtures with LED bob conversions but the light output is low.

Thats where I'm at and where the wash has been at for at least 5 years ( I've owned it about 3). My nearest competition is $1/2min. His place is older and has less curb appeal. He still does a good business.

Maybe try getting a garbage pail big enough to hold them, and submerge them in that with hot water and RIT clothing die for a few hours? I used to use that stuff when I was a kid to die the abs plastic pieces on my radio control cars ETA...

I'm talking ceiling to 'crete? I use KleenWall. I try to do it 1x year. Do you guys just shut the bay down while you clean it during the day, try to do it at night, wait for a rainy day? Just curious.

What do you guys use to clean the panels on your machine? I've tried Meguires All Purpose Cleaner with a rag to poor results. the buildup is "on there". I was thinking a soft brush in a hand drill?

I'd use only Hilti. I would just go anchor in your case as it'll be faster and hold the vac fine. I've seen epoxy anchors used to hold the brackets that hold precast facade panels on high rises, I've I'd venture to guess they'd hold a vac down. lol

I'm considering adding a attendant at my 4/2/Dog Wash from say 9-5 daily. I was just wondering how many of you have a F/T attendant versus someone who checks on the place 1,2,3 times a day? What have your experiences been - has it helped the business, not made much difference, etc? Thanks
