From what I was told, the $20K for the old machine is already factored into the $99K price. No mention on whether they care if the one being removed is operational or a mess.

I've applied it straight and removed with a pressure washer at 4500psi @ 4.5gpm. Comes right off I've also diluted it 50/50 and applied with sprayer and then hit with a wide brush. Both about equal in regards of time and chemical consumed.

Get a price on material from Extrutech. Either from them or a distributor. Then get a quote from a concrete contractor. That’s what I’d do

I should add that my Extrutech walls are the concrete form/walls. Hollow core would be more susceptible to damage I’d assume

I recently freshened up my WSII with custom decals and new buttons....the exact ones you linked. Yes, the springs are softer, and the plastic seems somewhat cheaper, but they are holding up with zero issues.

My wash came with Extrutech. Ceilings, walls, everything. I couldn’t imagine anything else especially dealing with painting and maintaining block. I use a custom made wide brush, and some Kleen-Wall every 6 months and they’re like new....even 12 years after my wash was built.

I took the advice here and put an Asco in last year. Been good!

I’ve had my S/G almost 4 years. I replaced the pistons and rollers. Occasionally the photo eyes get covered in oil/dirt and the wheel scrubbers will not hit their mark accurately. A quick wipe and we’re GTG. Other than that they’ve been well. I know many disattivate them.

Good point. With that, I look at my customers' cars, and I usually wonder when was the last time, if ever, they applied wax to the finish. lol

I'm tempted. My machines are in good shape and low car counts but would be nice to to have 1 or 2 new machines.

I have 2 of them. I don't see why you couldn't go to a fab/metal shop and have them bend you one. Seems pretty easy.
