Most of my customers either want the full detail or just the interior. Each package is priced to make a decent profit. The customer gets a slightly better deal for themselves if they choose the full detail.

Maybe one of the bearings you greased is going bad. I've had bearings binding up do all kinds of crazy things to the wash process. May be greasing the heck out of it made it better for a while but if it's a bad bearing maybe that's causing a binding problem.

also just think of the profitability of a vacuum. It needs very little repair. Clean out once a week, a new motor once a year, a new hose once a year, new nozzles whenever they break them. And then all that's required is electricity to run it. The profit is very good. Why give that up?
