Right now we keep the self-serves open 24/7/365. Our IBA is 15 years old with unreliable doors, so I close at 5pm and re-open the bay at 8am when it's below freezing. Once I have my new equipment installed, the IBA will be open 24/7/365 as well.

I opted for underbody flush only on my new IBA equipment package. I think the side spray does dilute the presoak too much. I plan to make up for it by adding an extra HP pass on my top wash. I know it will make the c.o.g.s. higher, but at a $20 price point, who cares?!?

I think it's a mistake to start fiddling with your process because a couple nutty customers who wash multiple times say your soap doesn't work. Sounds like a small issue that you can ignore.

We didn't wash as many cars for Veterans this year due to the rainy weather. However, we did manage to collect donations for Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center in Gardner, MA. Our business and our employees also contributed. I mailed them out last week and it felt really good to do that.
