I agree, except I wouldn't advertise a "hot wax and shine" if it wasn't hot. You could keep the tank hot with a tank or immersion heater. I've also seen a hot foam brush system that had a chamber with a water heater element at each bay to heat the foam.

They've always been able to cut holes in the correct places if they have the right measurements, my only problem is with them cutting round holes. They're not round and the round function labels end up not fitting in the cutout.

Is this a self-service dog wash? It would only require you to reverse-figure what portion of what you charge needs to go to sales tax. People who have to pay sales tax on vending do it that way, they just charge whatever flat amount for the item and pay the appropriate tax.

You'd have to sue them for the lost amount plus court costs and your time spent pursuing the recovery to make it worth your while, but if you have video evidence of the person I don't see why it wouldn't be an easy win.
