I’m trying to figure out how would be the most cost effective and simplest way to heat my lines in the winter to keep them from freezing. Here’s a pictures of my manifolds. All of my lines are ran under the room through pvc. I think I could put some heat tape in the pvc? Not sure what to do...

Randy, can you show us a picture of how you sealed everything up? I would imagine it would prevent this problem as well as prolong the life of all the components behind the meter.

Maybe a bad solenoid if your soap is gravity fed into your HP line like mine is? Maybe the solenoid is hung open?

Wish I could take credit for it but that was my installer. I will say they did a great job. Happy with their work.

Good afternoon guys, I’m about to begin wiring up cryptopay. I’m using led 6 timers. My question is where is the best place to tie in the wiring? Is it ok to connect the 24vac wires at the green wiring harness? Why is there’s already a wire plugged into the designated spot for cc on the timer...

If it is a valve Or a diaphragm would it still draw at full force?

I checked the hydrominder screen and it was clean. I soften everything at the wash. Hydrominders are after the softener.

MEP the other lines do draw but they are much slower when the rinse tank it filling. The HP soap minder will have water running through it but it won’t draw chemicals when the rinse is filling.

I do have a water softener. I also have a 1” 5 micron filter. I’ll have to check my pressures tomorrow. I raised my pressure this morning (not sure what the exact psi was) but it was high enough that the flow through the minders seemed very forceful but that could be normal as I haven’t been...

When the rinse tank is filling the other draw much slower than they do when the tank isn’t filling but they still draw chemical.

My main is only 1”. It’s a 4 bay ss.
