What do you guys typically clean the inside of your vacs with? Is there anyway to remove the odor that comes from around the hose when the vacuum is started?

These are the factory motors. I believe they’re electros.

I’ve J.E. Adams super vacs that have 3 motors each. On one of my vacs 2 of the 3 motors are not working. What’s the easiest way to determine my problem? Could it be brushes? Is it a failed motor? How do I tell?

Would a filter on the main water supplying the wash be adequate for preventing clogging or do you need the individual strainers? I currently have neither one.

Can anyone give me the pros/cons of mixing the air and chemical for low pressure functions in the equipment room and then pushing the final product to the bay vs mixing the final product at the boom in the bays? Would pushing it from the ER give it more time to mix/foam?

When you dust them off do you actually take them out of the vac or leave them in place and dust them? Any idea what a vacuum should suck on a test gauge?

Is there a set time/interval to change bags? Im assuming vac performance goes down when the bags are no longer good? Is there a way to test and see how well the vacs are sucking?

Mine are LED 6s that are not even 2 years old and all of them have missing digits and some are not even legible.

How long do the dixmor timers typically last before you have to replace them? Is there anyway that you can just replace the display instead or having the purchase the whole timer? Is there anything you can do to extend the life of the timers? My problem is always with the displays.
