    Wobble Head Foam Brush Revisited

I installed 9 of them back in November at one of my washes. They work great and I was actually only going to use them in the winter months...I have decided to keep them on year round. They are made well and they feel great to hold on to. I was a little worried about how customers would react to...

    Wobble head foam brush handles.

We have had a very busy last few days with all bays running for most of the day. The wobbleheads are working great. I still get the odd person trying to use the brush while not on the clock, but the majority feed the machine coins. A few customers asked if they were broken and I explained the...

    Wobble head foam brush handles.

They can withstand freezing. I have not had one freeze yet, but they are designed to live through a total freeze up. I was originally only going to buy one, but I decided to take the plunge and get 9 right off the bat....no regrets!

    Wobble head foam brush handles.

I also have a huge problem with weep washers using the brush for free. They waist a lot of bay time while paying customers are waiting for a bay on a busy winter day. The cab drivers are the worst, they sometimes don't spend a penny and take up the bay for 10 to 20 minutes. These wobble heads...

    Wobble head foam brush handles.

I have installed Wobbleheads in all 9 bays and it was a busy day today. Everything worked great and they did exactly as they are designed to do. I had zero complaints from customers...I was not there all day so I need a few more good days to give them the final ok!....from what I can tell as an...

    Wobble head foam brush handles.

The price may be well worth it for a wash in the colder climate. it will stop the weep washes from tying up a bay and washing for free. It will also extend the life of the brush itself. I will be posting my test results in the next few days.

    Wobble head foam brush handles.

I installed three of the wobble heads today....had problems at first and it was driving me crazy. The bay I was testing it in had a problem with the solonoid and I couldn't get the soap to foam properly it had too much air and not enough product. I waisted a ton of time only to figure out it was...

    Wobble head foam brush handles.

I just ordered 9 wobble head foam brush handles. I was going to order just one to try, but decided to take a chance on all 9 bays of one of my washes. I hope they work and don't upset the customers at the same time. I should have them next week sometime....I will post my take on them. I am sick...

circut breaker always tripping on my compressor

It ended up being my contactor. I think a wire became loose and it was arcing and caused the contactor to not work properly. I put in a new contactor and it fixed the problem.

circut breaker always tripping on my compressor

I am having problems with my circut breaker always tripping on my compressor. It has happened three times in the last month, I am not sure why. I have three 20 amp breakers that are joined together in my breaker panel. Could it be a weak breaker....should I replace all three of them to be sure...

Mixing foam brush soap with Rv antifreeze?

I am thinking of Mixing foam brush soap with Rv antifreeze? Instead of mixing with water I was thinking of pre mixing a drum of bubble up from KR and trying it instead of weeping. I can get it for about a buck a litre. I will probably go through a lot of anti freeze, but i will stop the weep...

    Dixmor timer error message

I measured the voltage coming from my transformers....they are quite old and seem to be giving out 19 to 20 volts instead of 24 volts. Before I replace all of them, do you think that is the issue? It seems to me that would be a problem.

    Dixmor timer error message

I have had the same issue with 3 different timers now. I swapped one with a spare timer, now it's a waiting game. The 24 volt transformer is running all the timers... That may be the issue... Not sure though
