I had the same recurring problem on my Super 5. We checked the eyes, replaced some cabling. Still didn't help. We then adjusted the top eye to be closer to the top plate and that fixed the problem.

Yes, they come and pressure wash, let dry completely and then apply the coating. Takes one day to dry and then I am ready to go.
