Coleman Fresh N Vac Blows 24 V Transformer.

It's called the "kicker leg" in a 3 phase Delta system. I think it is designed to assist motor starting on 3 phase the way a capacitor assists a single phase motor.

    central vacuum piping question

The standard size of inlet piping for most central vacs is 4 inch. You can use 4 inch for the first 20 feet of a single run and then drop down to 3 inch for the remaining run. ABS works fine and is quite a bit less expensive than PVC. Just use a rubber sleeve to connect the piping to the producer.

    JE Adams motors going out

It looks like the Domel motors have an average life span of about 800 hours. So that should work out to about 16,000 cycles at 3 minutes each. If each customer uses 2 cycles the motor should be able to service 8000 customers. Have you ever checked to see how many cycles or hours used before they...

    Drying chamber

Which way do the intakes of your blowers face? They should be facing the exit end of the wash. If at all possible only use the vinyl exit door when absolutely necessary. If the door is closed you are drawing air from the entrance of the wash instead of dry outside air.

I have been a loyal customer of Sonnys for many years. They were my main parts supplier for anything from nozzles to pumps and other miscellaneous items. Yet Another Valuation Question

As a conveyor wash operator I wonder why anyone would want to own a business that is open 365/24 that would only return a profit of less than 50k. You're not buying a business, you are buying a lifestyle. My wash is open 66 hours a week which is quite enough. But at least when I close the doors...

What type of material do you use? Why?

I do have Peco mitters, but I don't use the retract system. My nearest competitor had them and removed them eventually. He was offering a touch free wash option for a while but discontinued that service. I have 2 mitters in my wash and we very rarely have a problem with them picking up something...
