We closed in April and so far the revenue has been on par with what they were saying but they didn't do a cash out every month so its hard to gauge exactly by month. November has seemed to be the worst month so far. Hoping for better in December.

Well apparently some teenagers didn't like how in tact my pay stations were. They used the bug wash brushes to smash out the monitors. I do have a video but its not clear enough and they rode up on bikes so they can't easily be identified. This is located near a not so great neighborhood so...

Would you make both sides of the double changers in to tokens? I assume the first two pictures are Hamiltons and the last picture is an American changer?

I have some more newbie questions. I want to make these sites look nicer but on a tight new owner budget. Most of the sites were converted to tokens only. And the previous owners covered up to quarters side with duct tape. What would you veterans do here? Is there a cover plate to make it look...

I understand. I will be having the skilled service tech help with the replacement as well. Is the retro fit kit a new turbine as well? that wasn't really explained to me. I thought it was just to be able to use the new 7hp motor on the old turbine.
