Dollar start is fine - it prevents people from racing the timer and have to shell out multiple dollars if less time is needed. Time is the bigger issue if you fell dollar start is too low. Reduce the time/dollar but also consider eliminating quarters in favor of gold dollar coins. With quarters...
Who is building the fourth in close proximity to the other three? And why did they choose where they did over the area you are looking in? Lots of $$ to invest followed by lots of work on the operating side. Proceed with caution.
Solenoid Valve 4-Way, 1/4in Port, 1/2in Conduit Connector, 24VAC, Parker C111B2. Is there a rebuid kit available or will hardware store o-rings work?
I hate to waste a beautifully machined block of aluminum and coils never need replacing.
Thanks!

"Take your typical single wash customer who washes on average four to six times a year, bringing in say $84/ year at a $14 single wash ticket vs a monthly membership customer who washes on average 2-3 times a month at $25/month (with a properly priced plan) yielding $300/year, which customer...
Wise move for all the reasons stated previously. Don't see anything innovative in what can be gleaned from their short video. At the end of the day, support is critical.
This wasn't a breakdown per se, but an annoying vendor display issue that made it difficult to read. It's a relatively young thru-wall, LM30 and I just thought the LED display crapped out. Ordered a new board (ouch!) Discovered this - six years of sunlight and LED heat damage to a plastic film...
How has the oil change business been doing? What is your interest inn car washing now? If you're looking to reverse shrinking numbers with an adjunct business, it likely won't be worth it. With the demographics you described, there has to be another wash in town already?
I wholly endorse bear spray, if you can get it. Had a personal experience with it, by accident, in MT a few years back - totally debilitating! I'd like to see the drugs or alcohol that would prevent efficacy.
Purchased through KR, though not displayed in their catalog:

It's used on our low pressure pre-soak. Not a multi-stage booster.
Did the Capital One discount get factored in? What vendor do you use?
Everything is outrageous these days - had a six month old Gould booster pump fail that cost 1200 in March, now 1600. CAT had a suitable replacement for under 1K and their support was outstanding. Still waiting to hear on the...
Needing to replace six zero degree on wheel blaster, yet again. How long do they typically last? Any recommendations on what's good and what's not always appreciated.
Thanks!

Mine works out to 2.2X and all prices may get a boost before the heating season starts. I've never accepted the lowball gym membership analogy - the mindset is totally opposite.
Thanks for the info, Chip. That picture is something that was pulled of the web for an image of the LED. It's impressive that you recognized it, but don't we all live and breathe this business?
The attached photo is actually what the failing LED is on. Any insights on it?
Thanks!
