Hard water will effect how much chemical is needed to foam and look good. Your chemical supplier should be testing all of this and setting up your chemicals for you. That is one of the main purposes of using a local, knowledgeable chemical rep. If your current supplier is not doing this, you...
There are way too many factors, no one on the internet is going to be able to tell you which tip to use. You can probably get a starting point if you say the exact chemical you are using. If you are using a chemical supplier, they should be dialing this in for you. Red tip is like 20:1, and you...
So you have continuous full flow before the solenoid and low flow after a short period of time after the solenoid? Both with and without the guts in the solenoid? I'm trying to follow where you are having full flow and where it is dropping off after some time. Maybe worth putting inline pressure...

If someone comes back to this thread later, never figured this out, problem kinda went away, and was forgotten about. Whole pump was replaced with a new one. hopefully that fixes it for good.
Quick update if anyone comes back to this thread in the future, had to replace the pump 1.5 years after rebuild. Motor started over-amping and pump was not putting out correct pressure. As I stated before, I would have just replaced with new originally, if I had known then what I know now.
