What happens if you cycle wash in use? I’m wondering if this is possibly a stacking issue and then machine is disabling coin and bill acceptors. American has 3 different protocols and when we updated our boards with new ip trans we also had to increase relay on time on the American changer...
I would try using a different set of wires and a new pair in the unbiblical. On our saber we have also had the arms bearings go out so when high pressure came on the kick from high pressure would cause arm to get stuck on the machine. I used duct tape to get us back up and running until I...
We have had a Freestyler for almost a year now. Top wheel uses the neotex. I purchased used and installed myself. Simple to work on and a lot of the parts are the same as our Saber. I added hot wax and light show. Cleans well and can wash duallies. Couldn't rinse off all the soap but I think...
Average use is around 3. We are getting ready to do a lisence plate recognition pilot program with Everwash and that should eliminate the fraud we have been having. They have partnered with a company to tap into existing camera systems to recognize plates. This will automate fraud reporting of...
If you are close to KY you need to talk to Merchants Pact. They are located in Louisville. Jermey Crick is the expect when it comes to credit cards. You pay them $300 yearly to take care of cards. They were able to cut our fees by more than half. Also monitor monthly statements for fees that...
On our Belanger autos cars are stacked on automatic PLC. A soon as someone pays on cashier or scans Everwash the wash is sent to que on our Belanger PLC. I'm sure this would vary from auto to auto.
If you have cryptopay on cashier it would all be through cashier and not like I'm describing...
It can be used in self service. I choose to only offer vacs and autos. If you already have Cryptopay, Everwash uses existing swipers to activate equipment. Credit card fees are only around 3% with the program.
We have had it for around 9 months. Main downside is the 10% in fees but I wasn't willing to spend 40k+ per bay on new paystations to be able to offer unlimited on our own through RIFD or license plate recognition. There is also no upfront cost to start the program. When you look at it like...
Common will be 24 volt neutral-121. One wire from wash in use and power should also go to 121. Other wire from power in should go to positive 24 volts. Other wire from wash in use will be a different output all together. I don’t have a laser so I’m not sure which terminal is the wash in use output.
Not sure on Goldline. We have Belanger auto's and installed in the controllers. Sounds like you need a dedicated transformer for switch and washcard unit 24 volt power.
We have been on the QR code system since the beginning. I usually talk to Jo or Marc. If they don’t answer I text them and they usally get back pretty quickly. I also call the customer support line occasionally. They can do some things. They are still in business but I think they have some work...
Well in that case disregard everything I said. Maybe the top wheel is pushing down to hard. We had to add counter weight when we installed our machine.
I would turn down the high pressure air some. It’s in the drivers side pod. Also, be sure reed switches are working correctly when arms are in and out. You can do this from the monitor inputs screen on the e1063. We have never broken a rear wiper with our freestyler.
If your having sonar...
