Is EVERWASH still in business?

We have been using Everwash to provide customers a monthly plan. Our implementation utilizes wash codes to provide the customer with a wash and we have been trying (unsuccessfully) to update the system to use their QR code system (which is based on the the Washcard technology).

We have been trying to reach various people at the company all week since customers are having issues with the code system, the database appears to be running low on codes even though they have been sent over 100 new codes a week ago, and want to see how to move forward with the QR system.

Crickets - totally unable to reach someone.

Anyone having issues with Everwash? Wondering if this is the beginning of the end for them as their customer service has been lacking?

We have been on the QR code system since the beginning. I usually talk to Jo or Marc. If they don’t answer I text them and they usally get back pretty quickly. I also call the customer support line occasionally. They can do some things. They are still in business but I think they have some work to do on the customer service side of things for wash owners. I’m not sure if they are experiencing growing pains or what the issue is.

Perhaps it is growing pains however it is a pain for owners.

Your QR implementation, did you install on paystation or on the IBA controller? Looking for a few pics if anyone has their relay installed on a paystation. Ideally a Hamilton GL paystation.

we had issues last week when attempting to install on a GL. The GL relay breaker seems to trip since we used the GL socket for power to the relay and internet switch they were installing.

would be nicer to have qr system in the paystation instead of the controller since Istobal controllers are too small to hold the added equipment.

Anyone have such pics? Thx

After a battle with the Hamilton GL machines the company Everwash contracted with to help with implementation of the IBA relays was able to get them installed! Razor and Istobal now online with QR codes. I know they are looking to move to a new system that utilizes a Verizon wireless data transmitter to eliminate the need for a CAT5 line to the paystation which should make the installation process easier to a degree.
