We have the first Saber installed back in 2010. They did a PLC update to fix the issue in some of the later builds. We battled it for nearly three years after opening.
I have a Guardian Paystation but we had a similar issues after programming tokens. About 1 of every 25 quarters would give credit for a 10 dollar token instead of $0.25. This would result in $10 getting added to the customers change. Ended up being the coin acceptor. Probably not the issue but...
Direct. The problem turned out to be they didn’t have two of the parts on our order in stock. You would think a bearing for the arm would be a part they would keep stocked.
I placed I parts order on Monday after hours of trying to get through to someone on the phone. Then today I email for tracking information to find the order hasn’t shipped yet. Anyone else having issue getting parts from Belanger? This is making downtime much longer than it should be.
May be a stupid question but have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. We have to do this way to often in our bays. It's to the point I power cycle them every time they are emptied.
We put up white courgated panels in all of our bays a couple of months ago. Painting the bays was a loosing battle. Customers love the bright white walls.
We started using all hot water not just for rinse. So we had to drill another hole out in hot water tank to use for one of our bays because they were competing for water. We have a 4 bay. Not sure if this is what your problem could be.
Yes we did on our network. I still need to forward ports so it will work anywhere unless their is a simpler way of doing it. We are using VNC Client from the App Store.
We have back of manual instuctions. I think we have an IT setting not setup correctly on our touch screen. What all settings did you have to change for your network?
Has anyone had success viewing their Belanger Saber e1063 screen remotely from their iPhone? It would be nice to be able to reset error codes remotely.
We just installed a new Jobe Topez 3/4 High Temp valve for our hot water SS bay tank. Well worth the cost. The tank never overflows and the valve always opens.
