Ditto to what David m said. Switch to 2001 never looked back golden US dollar coins. Somebody puts a 20 in my coin machine can you imagine what they get in quarters? Not only a convenience for the customer but speeds up people's time tying up your equipment not pumping multiple...

When I had everwash you could use your cameras their system would do the monitoring and police the abusers for you.

It gets challenging on a very busy day the customer has already left and you're not there. Also replying publicly versus privately. Replying publicly depending on what you're doing to satisfy the customer you leave the door open for all the people looking for a freebie for nothing.

We all know there is no 100% touchless wash consistency. That being said as long as your wash is working consistency and correctly and someone gives you a poor review how would you respond? We all know that MAY be the car from hell that hasn't been washed in 6 months but how do you respond not...

Don't know how big your grates or pits are mine are pretty large. I pushed the chunks onto the grates and then pound them through with a hand tamper.

The booms are modified air shammee booms. Not cheap but cheaper than anything else out there.

Mine is more of a homemade setup. It works well stopped 80% of the hose on the ground. And post number 3 is right on. My vacuums are $3 to start.
