I have some customers I am working with to build some small conveyors (80ft). They are not sure about adding a Tire shine at the end as in our market nobody has fitted them. So, is it a hassle or worth the 20k fee and extra conveyor space?
I added them a few years back when it was really only being done on conveyors. It was done as part of a multi site revamp and added as a foaming wax rain arch. It definitely made a positive impact and helped us raise our average ticket price by about 10%
I would say check all the following.
1. Impingement, get the arm as close as you can, you lose loads of power the further the arm is from the car.
2. Pressure, I would try and be up to about 1,000 psi
3. Speed, you may be running your washing speed too fast to clean

I just installed an Oasis XP and am very impressed with the speed and wash quality. Less moving parts than a typhoon but still a faster wash than most. Should be a contender for you in my book!
I am currently setting up a new XP and wash quality is fantastic. Do you know the titrations your chemicals are at with the blendco test kit? How far are the nozzles from the vehicle surface? Do the wands need moving in? maybe travel speed is too fast. Lastly if it is a new install, are your...

I Have installed a few of these on car rental sites. For a dealership or car hire firm they are a great fit, but Joe public would give you a world of problems. You would be constantly fighting insurance claims for vehicle damage, wash quality complaints and equipment damage. I think an in bay...
