I’ve moved to Spain from Ireland and am currently researching the self-serve market here. It seems there is a lot of potential for various reasons and I am looking for an equity partner to help me realise it.
I have built up and sold a number of washes in Australia since 2002, and am therefore familiar with all facets of the business. Due to over-extending in residential property, however, I don’t have enough capital myself to buy even one freehold site now, however what I do have is the experience as well as the know-how, particularly on the financial side.
