I can't make it do it again. I think I will shorten the chain by a couple of inches today and then go from there. Behind my pump bench there is not much room for a fat boy like me! Thanks
Well I know this is going to sound stupid because it is stupid, but how do I identify the check valves?
I keep the chain pretty long on the float valve because I like to use as much of the waste water as possible. I have very good auto business but my ss is mediocre at best so it is not unusual...
I run my reject water into this tank. If the autos are busy and the ss is not sometimes the tank overflows and the float valve will get wrapped around something and the tank will run dry. When my employee called today I was sure that was the problem but the tank has plenty of water in it. I just...
I have 3 ss bays with a JC pump bench. All 3 bays are shutting down at the same time and then for no reason start back working again. I have had this happen before when there was no water in the holding tank but that is not the case now. It seems like they are starving for water but what would...
I have a couple of sets of Mosmatic spinners on the new auto I just installed. We replaced a ss bay so I tried using the 5cp2120 to operate the spinners since it was already there. It does not have enough volume to spin them properly. Armitsu has a 10 gpm pump that will mount on my pump bench in...
I know that Hamilton is recommending TSYS. I'm using First Data and they couldn't even get me a v number for a week! We just got a Costco so I may look into Elavon.
I'm the same way Leo. Since I was able to drive to this one and actually look at it, Shelbyville is only about 90 mins. from me, I didn't think anything could go wrong. Silly me. This guy had good ratings but I was told by another member of this forum that this is his 3rd eBay identity and he...
Can you not just replace the whole arm? I got an email from carwashconsignment.com that had the entire arm, shaft and all that surely could be made to fit for less money and much quicker.
I have been watching a piece of equipment on eBay for a week or two. I'm adding a new automatic and needed an acw and stand. I bought the acw from a guy in Florida and it arrived today just the way it was supposed to. The stand that I had been watching was available about 80 miles from my home...
How do you add bollards after the concrete has been poured? I'm putting in a new auto and a new acw at my existing site. Should I just block it in instead? My other one is on a stand with bollards.
Be sure to check your gearboxes for hairline cracks. The first time somebody opened their door in mine I didn't notice that my gearbox was slightly cracked. I had to replace it a year later and those things are pretty pricey! If it bent 1" arms it likely broke the gearbox too.
