Well after 11 mostly enjoyable and profitable years I sold my wash on Friday. We opened it as a retirement plan for my dad and it was perfect. After he got sick it was more than I could keep up with. Now it's going to serve the same purpose for the new owners and I have no doubt that they will...
My Vendmaster is giving me an error "accept gate error". It has a MEI series 4000 changer in it. The booklet that I have does not tell you what to do for this error. It will take bills but not coins. Anybody know what I should do? Unplugging doesn't work. Thanks
You can depreciate goodwill just over a longer period of time. 15 years. That recapture doesn't work for me. The name would be the same as goodwill I would think.
I did it last night. I just used 4 of those straps that you use to put on the new softgloss pieces. Knock on wood looks great today. We had had lines for days now. It's been fun!
Diamond have you looked at the replacement pieces from Astromatic or Sonny's that you just screw on? Fills in the worn places, mostly on the bottom for a few hundred bucks.
If you have a successful wash in a small town word will get around really quickly, at least it did here. I tried to even keep it quiet that I would consider selling mine but a small town is a small town. I've been contacted by a number of eligible buyers and have one in the loan process now. I'd...
I added a new auto a few months ago and installed Wyndstar doors. After 10 years of air doors I have to say that I love these things. We had a few snafus with over-cycling at first that were a pain in the butt but my installer, along with Wyndstar tech support figured out the problem and...
I'm going to close on Monday and Tuesday since I had some freezing at 18 degrees. I'm thinking of removing to tips to help the weep flow. Does that make sense?
I did what I thought was the exact same thing about 5 times and finally got the hang of it. I never did find the fine tuning screws but I did get the doors right after a fair amount of tinkering. I think your problem has to be in the cams.
I've been jacking around with the cams on mine today too. Mine were going too far down and not up far enough. The more I fixed it the worse it got. If you figure it out tell us what you did. Wish I could help.
Before it was plumbed directly from the street to the 1 auto. When we added the second auto we plumbed both with soft water. I think we are losing some pressure through the softener. That seems logical to me.
I thought we could just put in a small tank with a float valve and use the booster to...
I recently added a second Softgloss. The original installers had not plumbed soft water to the auto at all and we corrected that when we put in the new one. As a result I think I lost a little water pressure. As long as only one machine is running it's fine but when both are running at the same...
Only a bureaucrat can believe that you can just create $80B a month out of thin air and not have to pay a price for it later. I keep telling my clients that we just want to be conservative and get 7-10% EVERY year instead of riding the roller coaster trying to get 40% gains. Maybe I'm just an...
