Wyndstar MT Closing Problem

Periodically one of our entry doors is not closing all the way, after payment the door will open but when it goes to close it will stop about half way down. I've tried Wyndstar tech. support but I've been unable to get through. I've checked the closing cam when the door is stuck but it does not appear to be making contact with the switch. The doors are directly wired from the wash control box the the door control box in the bay. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've been jacking around with the cams on mine today too. Mine were going too far down and not up far enough. The more I fixed it the worse it got. If you figure it out tell us what you did. Wish I could help.

I did what I thought was the exact same thing about 5 times and finally got the hang of it. I never did find the fine tuning screws but I did get the doors right after a fair amount of tinkering. I think your problem has to be in the cams.
