First contractor kept tripping, so that’s why I changed to the new one .. all this has already been checked I moved the working bay contractor to the non working bay, and it worked which means there is no issues with wiring.

So I changed the contractor on self serve bay, all the low pressure would come on but high pressure pump would not engage on if we put the quarters from the bay but it’s comes on when we push the button in contacter. any suggestions?

I converted crypto pay on to my Hamilton goldline. Issue that I’m facing with this if customer swipe the card and it does not prompt thank you after approving the card , it immediately goes back to welcome screen again which confuses customers to swipe again and they get charged twice . But...

Has anyone tried installing crypto pay retro fit on Hamilton goldline . I have recently installed it’s working fine except some customer are charging twice as the red screen does not recognize unless you select the wash first.

apparently this machine has remote fix , not sure how much helpful that would be. It will show all the errors on your phone or computer.
