Well..
Ordered new wires, sensors and extra parts.
The enter and wait lights had a corroded wire.
Treadle eyes had frogs living in the case. Why it randomly started early and didn’t have the undercarriage fire.
Replaced all boom proxes and wires.
Replaced wires and proxes for treadle and...
No joy.
I’ve adjusted the boom height proxes to where they almost rub and watched them during a wash. Nothing flickers, the boom either goes down six inches or not at all.
This may be unrelated, but now my enter and wait lights don’t work.
Also, sometimes the wash will start before the car...
Gentlemen, I'm loosing my mind here.
The boom drops correctly on presoak, but with any high pressure pass, the boom only drops about six inches then goes back up. For the front and the rear of car.
After the boom comes back up, the gantry waits for a while until continuing with the wash...
Well crap.
I've got two new tunnels been built right near me.
One is 1.2 miles away, the other is 2 miles and has the same name as me! (They added the word 'road.')
My customer line is blowing up with people looking for jobs for the new place.
The Pepto isn't enough.
My CPA was the one who set it up, now I'm nervous!!
Feels like I gave poor/incorrect advice, not the intention at all. Hopefully others can learn from my mistakes or changes.
Mr. Weiss and Waxman are correct, I should run this through a separate lawyer. Lots of new doubt since I used a...
Out of 67 counties in Florida, I'm in the only one that shut down all washes.
Wasn't aware of that until the sheriff's office threatened to take my business license.
Understand the tax breaks, and this is slightly off topic (my apologies), but I would make note of the liability.
Wouldn't someone be able to sue you directly with an LLC?
I put the property under it's own S-Corp. The car wash in another S-Corp and any other business on the property in...
Went to a couple of their 3-Day crash courses. Helped me a lot.
Just got an email that they’re doing free online webinars.

Hope it helps.
When I still had dial up (switched to Cryptopay), I told them the new banking information and Unitec sent me a newly programmed modem. Once I swapped them out, I sent the old one back to credit my account for the new one.
This was a couple of years ago, hopefully they are still as helpful and...
Same setup and exact same problems. Believe it’s the manifolds. I would check out the seals on the plungers, springs and look for debris in the manifold.
Mine are old and crumbling. I’m saving to change them to Kip solenoids.
I bought those to replace the ones in a WW1.0. Did not work.
Ended up going back to the pvc pipes.
Those Kleen-Rite generators seemed like a knock-off of the Mr. Foamer, but only produced “soupy” liquid. I could never get them to actually foam.
Usually Peak Performance or Chemex is on the labels. No idea who they are or where it comes from.
The tire cleaner is sometimes in ‘recycled’ jugs and I think that is doing the most damage. There‘s something like coffee grains at the bottom occasionally.
Sounds like I’m switching everything over to Kip.
Just fed up with the GC set up, it’s even worse on the WW1.0. My chemical guy gives me product that is inconsistent. Needle valves will help dial things in, definitely love tweaking things.
Also like the idea of not having to shut down the...
