Wash Select II-changing banks

Hopefully one of you guys have had the need to do this.....

If you go to make changes in the way of Banks/accounts do you need to send the internal modem back to Unitec for reprogramming?

Hate to have to do this because when I first bought the wash the internal modem had to go to unitec for reprogramming and my credit card acceptance was off line for a week. I was out $500.00 dollars for the service....lost revenue.....and , probably, lost customers.

They used to dial in and reprogram. Not sure if they still do that.

When I still had dial up (switched to Cryptopay), I told them the new banking information and Unitec sent me a newly programmed modem. Once I swapped them out, I sent the old one back to credit my account for the new one.
This was a couple of years ago, hopefully they are still as helpful and haven’t sold off to another company.
