I jump at the chance of adding a product to increase my price but is there any concern bonding the occasional road film on over time using both products?
Curious what bundle options seem to be more successful in terms of buy 5 washes get one free? I have no plans for Wash clubs and unfortunately I’m not on Facebook or have a website and at this point in my career I don’t plan to start. I’ll be installing a Hamilton HTK in August. My packages are...
Thanks Greg, currently using Simoniz Magna Brite that I’m pleased with. I believe also an aluminum brightener. Just curious what most of the pressure wash guys are using on car washes because i didn’t think the chlorofluoric was as effective. Alway appreciate everyone’s input on this forum!
I’m currently getting a quote from a commercial cleaning company. He and I did a test with my HF vs. his chlorofluoric acid. HF seemed more effective however each required some agitation with a brush. Do you know which chemical your company is using? He’s quoting $125 per bay just for side bay...
with grime and soap film on walls it does make sense an overspray of carnuba, ceramic and now carbonite or graphene on top of this is only going to bond the dirt and soap to make it tougher to strip off. This is what I’m seeing In the last few years and can only surmise these newer products are...
I was prepared to add a Carbonite pass to my wash but I swear since adding ceramic years ago my vinyl walls are so much harder to clean even after replacing vinyl. So I wonder what adding another product like this will add to scrubbing walls?
Unfortunately I’m forced to update my Hamilton goldline to DAN system that requires the newer 2 button controller asap to eliminate intermittent “failed processing” with the current dial-up cc processing. Plans are to update to HTK by August so it sucks to be forced to upgrade this unit 6...
I’m also in need of a battery backup for the straight Goldline with the four colored button controller. Not the ACW. Anyone know that part #? I was about to be forced to shut down for up to a week to send controller in for Hamilton to replace battery. I didn’t realize it could be done on site...
My CC rep said it’s pretty much the norm now down state in MD. I‘m now seeing it locally in a number of restaurants. Just don’t see how we could get away with it in our trade. My rep also admitted he gets a better cut of the sale with this process. Just curious if anyone has attempted and the...
I understand the new trend is now charging credit card fees back to customer at time of purchase. Has anyone had the nerve to start this and what has customers reaction been?
I’ve purchased three systems over the years from Kleenrite. Very pleased with the cameras and the customer service with Rick Diehl and his son Dave has been amazing! They’ve assembled everything you need in a variety of packages and their always there when I have a question.
I’ve had the led booms for years now and would not recommend! Nice in the beginning but as expected over time if there’s any impact they do go out. Replaced strips a couple times only to occur again.
I posted a similar post last week since I’m pulling a nice 4000 unit next week. Has triple foam, hot wax, ceramic and dryers. I was asking $3000 for 2- 4000’s. The other pulled 4 yrs ago. I just want it off my lot lol. I know cat 3535 pumps go for $2000 alone but there are many on CarWash...
