Fixed by installing the program again

Anybody know what would cause the trifoam to take forever to come out during a wash cycle but work perfectly when using the test screen to toggle the function on. I had to enable the trifoam dwell timer to 6 just to give it enough time to come out before the gantry moves across the vehicle...

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Just popped up. No hardware changes or anything. Hoping this doesn’t mean it’s fried.

I know these pumps have been discontinued and Hypro no longer sells the seal kits but are there any aftermarket companies that make compatible seal kits? I know there are companies that make parts for cat pumps but just curious if anyone knew of a company. I really don’t want to replace these...

Have any of you started a monthly membership wash club, etc… at an in bay site that is well established and already high volume? Is it worth it? Seems like I would be shooting myself in the foot.

I added cryptopay with the separate tap and swiper on the goldline and it’s working great. Just remember to follow the directions on learning prices if you ever change the pricing.

To revisit this issue, the problem turned out to be the front boom safety transmitter eye would lose power when tilted toward the rear of vehicle while it was at the lowest point(bad wire)... I guess the program watches both sets of eyes regardless where the machine is at and will shut down the...

Does anyone have a water wizard with two step low pressure presoak? I am trying to figure out how its plumbed and if I can convert a machine to using a low pressure high alkaline presoak and low pressure low ph presoak.

3 all day long. the less confusing the better. Hell I know a tunnel wash that offers two packages and its the best tunnel around the area in my opinion.

Whenever I would have issues with the boom spraying the wrong way, it was always problems with the measurement eyes or the count prox. It would take on a mind of its own and do all kinds of crazy things.

It’s the small seals that come in the seal kit for the pump.

Are you positive the plunger seals are not bad and allowing water into the crankcase, making the oil overflow?
